These units could make the difference in a no quibble insurance claim should it not be your fault, the camera units can also be permanently wired so as to give your vehicle protection from damage as it will monitor any shocks to the vehicle
The NOVUS cameras are easily installed in less than a few minutes in any vehicle. The Camera bracket with sticky pad will suit any window as the camera adjusts in angle.
The NOVUS cameras takes their power from your vehicles 12v/24v accessory socket, it can also be hard-wired to the ignition. The forward facing wide angled lens on the cameras captures everything going on in front of you and stores this data on to a supplied SD flash card. Some of the cameras have a second camera to record inside the vehicle. or out of the back window.
This in car camera system can be set to permanently record on a continuous loop and to store pre and post event video and data when it detects adverse G-Force. You can set this threshold in the supplied software.
The Novus cameras are ideal for the transport manager that wants to analyse driver behaviour through the range of search options provided in the user software. For example: Did the driver exceed 70 mph during their journey?
